Acceptable Use Policy

KPsphere AI ScoutBot, a product of KPsphere LLC, is built for one business at a time to find and respond to public opportunities. These rules keep it working for everyone, including the public data sources it depends on.

You may not

• Run scripts or bots against the Service, or use it to bulk-download or redistribute public notice data. Search has fair-use limits that no person reaches; hitting them repeatedly is a violation.
• Share one account across companies, resell access, or use another company's workspace.
• Enter information about your company that is false, or claim certifications you do not hold, in order to have drafts written around them.
• Use the Service to harass, impersonate or deceive any person, buyer or agency.
• Probe, attack or overload the Service, its data sources or its providers, or try to get around usage limits, billing or the email confirmation.
• Upload malware or content you have no right to use.

AI-generated documents

Drafts carry a watermark and a starter-package notice until you finish them. Removing the notice is your decision and your responsibility: you must verify the content before anything goes to a buyer.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Report abuse to support@kpsphere.com.
