Terms of Service

KPsphere AI ScoutBot is provided by KPsphere LLC. These terms describe how the service works today and are pending legal review; the effective date and governing law will be added when that review is complete.

1. The service

KPsphere AI ScoutBot ("the Service") is provided by KPsphere LLC ("KPsphere", "we", "us"). It helps businesses find public government contracting and grant opportunities, judge fit, track them, and draft starter response documents using AI. The Service reads public notices and the information you enter about your company. It does not submit anything to any buyer, does not communicate with any government office on your behalf, and is not legal, contracting, accounting or financial advice.

2. Your account

You must provide a working email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. One workspace belongs to one company; you may not share a login between companies or resell access.

3. AI output is a draft

Every answer, brief and response package is generated by AI from public notices and your own inputs. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You must check every requirement, date, page limit, claim and figure against the original notice before relying on it or sending anything to a buyer. You are responsible for what you submit.

4. Plans, credits and refunds

Web plans are billed monthly and renew each month until cancelled; cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid month. Plans, credits and response packages bought on the website are charged by card through Stripe, and the seller is KPsphere LLC. Credits bought in the mobile apps are sold through Apple or Google under their terms and refund rules; credits do not expire for twelve months from purchase. Monthly allowances (messages, briefs, packages) reset each billing month and do not carry over except where the plan says so. Free-tier AI messages are a one-time allowance and do not reset.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to scrape or bulk-export public data, to circumvent usage limits, to attack the Service or its data sources, to impersonate another business, or for any unlawful purpose. Details are in the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Your data

What you enter stays yours. We use it only to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it and delete it at any time from the Company page.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for the Service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it; public data sources (SAM.gov, Grants.gov and others) can change or be unavailable, and results depend on them. We may change features and prices with notice on the site; price changes apply from your next billing period.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost bids, lost profits or indirect damages.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time from the Company page; this deletes your data. We may close accounts that violate these terms. Sections 3, 6, 8 and this section survive termination.
